If the other battery is also 12V and sufficiently charged, yes.
But be aware that the Orions charge in one direction only, so you would have to rewire it.
Is it enough to change the location of the entrances and exits if necessary?
Yes, simply switch inputs and outputs. If it's a non-isolated model, only the positive wires need to switch.
