Incorrect battery voltage reading on MPPT 150/45

The MPPT 150/45 charge controller is connected to a battery of 4 x 12V cells and is set to 48V. Although the multimeter indicates a Voltage of 55V across the battery, the MPPT is only indicating a Voltage of 18.89V across the battery. Does anybody have any advice?

Have you checked the voltage at the mppt's battery terminals?

The voltage at the MPPT’s battery terminals measures the same as over the battery itself. The MPPT however displays/measures a lower voltage by a factor of 3, e.g. the battery voltage is 51V but the MPPT only displays/measures 17V.

@Johann Weinmann Given that your measured battery voltages at the mppt's terminals differ from the bluetooth battery reading, it appears your mppt is broken.

Contact your supplier for further advice, and possible warranty replacement.
