Warning, Installation too busy, real time data link disabled

Hello community,

It's been over a year since my system was installed and I've had this problem for only 2 months but I can't find it. I have three MPPT 250/100 connected together to a Cerbo GX, two Multiplus II and a Lynx shunt. The message only appears at the end of Am or early PM and stops in the evening when the PV is low. I don't think it's an internet speed problem because it's the same since 20/1 mbps. Thanks for your help!

Here my installation I have

24 Agm 6v 400amp (3 strings)

40 solar panel 310w connected 8 strings

3 MPPT 250/100

2 Multiplus II 240v

Cerbo GX

Hi @Mail1735

It's unlikely that your internet status is involved in the cause. This message can occur when the GX gets in a 'digital knot'. A reboot from the screen may fix it.

I'm suspicious though that there's no Details in the PV Charger tile, so there may be something going on there. The mppts could be either CAN or VE.Direct wired, but perhaps look there. If CAN, are terminator plugs installed? Maybe reseat those cables, then reboot.

Troubleshoot mode, follow whatever clues you can find..

Thank John, The three mppt are linked together and connected to the cerbo with a CAN cat5 cable and plugs. The cerbo has been restarted several times from the page. Mppt details are lost when the error message is displayed. At the same time, I lost the charging stage (Bulk, absorption, float) but when I use a generator the stages are still displayed and I don't know why. I added photos to my post. Thanks for your help!

Iirc If the gx has lost comms for some reason and is busy sending logs back, it can also show this error until caught up.
