100/20 controlar

Can a 100/20 handle a 400w panel, I have a 440 amp battery storage, 12v.

A 100/20 charge controller will be able to charge with a maximum power of about 300W when your battery Voltage is at Absorb level.
A 400W panel would be a good match for it.
