Reverse current flow on Orion output?

My question is about an Orion Tr Smart DC-DC charger. The. set up is on a boat where the alternator charges the start battery and the Orion, if the engine is on, charges the service batteries. Because of solar involvement it is possible (but unlikely) that the voltage in the service batteries is already higher than the output of the Orion. So if this was the case would there be any potential to damage the Orion? Is it protected from a reverse current flow by a diode or similar? Presumably if the voltage were equal no current would flow. Thanks.

There would be no reverse flow the orion would stop sending power as the battery voltage is greater than the set figure in the orion unit
