Push to Pvoutput

Trying to get Push Service to PVoutput to work via https://github.com/isimobile/dbus-pvoutput.
I did everything according to the install notes. But the installation gives an error :(

File "/usr/lib/python3.8/configparser.py", line 1149, in _unify_values
raise NoSectionError(section) from None
configparser.NoSectionError: No section: 'openweathermap'


Can anybody give me a hint how to resolve this?
I am completely lost :(

... or maybe someone can help me getting my VRM Data to PVoutput. I have been using it for more then 7 years and really love all the statistics and views!
