Smart MPPT has voltage but no amps

My BLUE SMART MPPT 100/20 Controller is showing a voltage from the solar panels but no amps. img-0844.png

This networked to a BatterySense which shows a battery voltage of 13.8v which is correct at the batteries but is not showing correctly in the MPPT controller (14.19v)img-0846.png

The batterySense and the MPPT are networked but apparently are not working together. The settings for the MPPT are set for Lithium batteries and are shown belowimg-0843.png

It has worked about 10 days ago but has not worked for the past week. img-0845.png

The state of charge for the batteries is currently 54%img-0840.png

Please can someone advise what can be done to get the system working again.

As far as I know you need your PV voltage to be about 5V higher than your battery voltage before the MPPT can activate. You are around that voltage, so it might be worth depleting your battery a bit and see if it will charge if your battery is around 11V-12V.

That said you are going to keep getting issues if your PV voltage is that low, so you might need to look at a higher voltage PV panel or 2 in series.

@CherryPirate ....The connection between the MPPT output and the battery terminals is apparently open circuit. The MPPT output voltage should be the same or extremely close to the battery terminal voltage as they are effecticely the same wire. No current is flowing because something between the MPPT output and the battery is broken. Fix that and things will improve enormously.
