Venus Gx ne démarre plus

Mon Venus GX ne demarre plus.

il était connecté à un convertisseur multiplus smart 2000 VA et 2 BMV (BMV 712 et BMV 702)

j'ai ajouté un autre parc de batteries et j'ai connecté un 3è BMV 602S. A partir de cela un demarre plus. je précise que les connexions ont toujouts utilisé les accessoires victron adaptés et fait par un technicien

Quel est son numéro de série ?

les cerboGX HQ2201xx à HQ2220xx ont un souci d'alimentation 48V et tombent comme des mouches

Uniquement pour les cerbo sur des systèmes en 48v !

là si c'est un venus, c'est autre chose. peut être déjà vérifié le fusible d'alimentation !
