Battery percentage not showing on app

I have the MPPT 75/15. I downloaded the app on iOS and it gives battery voltage but not battery percentage. How can I find battery percentage on this app. Under battery it shows 0.0 amps current even though it should show a draw of current. Under state it says off and I can’t turn it on. Also, output state is off and current shows 0.0 amps when it should show some draw.

To see battery SOC you need to run either ESS or have a battery monitor connect, BMV700 or BMV702.

As for the charge controller we would need a diagram or picture of how your controller is connected to determine what you should be seeing on the app.
