Anyone know the size ferrule i need to run the small gauge wire from BMS ? Seem victron too cheap to throw few in

No idea - these extension cables are purchased separately - They are normally on the battery and thus the bms connects to the victron battery bms directly. extenstion cables are sometimes needed.

the Victron part number for the cable is ASS030560200 if thats of help

If you're making your own cables, you buy the ferrules according to cable cross section.
