Modbus Address Voltage Transmitter

hola ,

Necesito el ID y adress Modbus para poder tener los datos de vltage trnsmiter , estoy usando un Moxa converter Mgate 3280 . TCP/IP to RS485 RTU mode .

en la documentacion tengo lo datos siguiente , usando Modbus poll master me salen illegal data el ID y registro correspondiente .
