Multiplus II and SYL SH- 5,12kWh

please help me with setting up a SYL battery with my multiplus II 5000VA. I especially need help with communication cables.
The battery has 3 COM 1/2/3 ports

I connected COM 1 with multiplus via Ve.can bus type A. I made a parallel battery connection via COM 2 ---> COM 2. via rs485 Is this involvement right? 16c888e2-cdbb-4486-a8fe-43ad21d09b14.jpegHas anyone encountered this type of battery yet? + I am attaching pictures of the battery ports / appearance of the battery

The battery BMS is unlikely to communicate directly with the inverter. The rs485 on the inverter is VE-direct protocol, but the BMS in your battery will have it's own protocol, so a Venus interface will be required that can communicate with the BMS.

Look at:

Victron VenusOS driver for serial battery BMS - LLT/JBD / Daly Smart / ANT / JKBMS / Heltec (VenusOS v2.80 compatible)

Whilst this does not cover your specific battery, it may give you a starting point.

today I tried to use only one battery and connected it via CAN - COM1. Victron found me this battery and gave it the name LG resu. Is this a problem?
