Pylontech C version - lost communication or sleeping batteries at low SoC when it's in sustain mode, low battery/internal failure alarm

Dear Victron community,

The system:

  • Multiplus II 48V 3000VA
  • Pylontech US2000C

I have an issue mainly around the Pylontech US2000C version installation. The min SoC is set to 10%. The system is connected to the grid. I use the recommended 'type A' cable. Many times the system discharges to 8-13%, I can see low battery alarms (and sometimes internal failure alarms). The status is usually sustain this time. And at this point I lose the CAN communication or the batteries are going to sleep. It happens in every 1-2 days or sometimes in every 6-8-10 days. I tried to find some information on the Victron pages. I found that maybe the issue can be with our ESS assistant settings around the sustain voltage or dynamic cut off: https://www.victronenergy.com/media/pg/Energy_Storage_System/en/controlling-depth-of-discharge.html#UUID-b628c51f-379e-c806-6073-cacbc9fc3fdd

I use the recommended settings: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:pylontech_phantom

Any advice is appreciated. Many thanks!
