Globallink 520 drops out even if signal is good, and location info doesn't update

What could be the cause of this? The coverage of 4G / LTE should be perfect in this area. I have tried several units of Globallink, and so far all units behave in this manner - they keep dropping out.

Does no one have the same issue? Or a suggested fix?
