Catamaran Install - 2 house battery banks

We have a 39-foot catamaran with two house battery compartments, port and starboard. Each will house 600Ah of LifePo4. Current configuration: 600 Ah LifePo4 (installed 2020) in port compartment connected to Lynx power-in, Lynx Shunt 1000, Lynx distributor, Multiplus II 12v/3000Va, isolation transformer (not installed yet), plus two MPPT (100/30 & 150/60) with 1200 watts of solar. System linked to Cerbo GX with Touch 50.

DC load minimal for sailing (electronics, electric winch, windless, and lights).

AC loads: cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plus washer/dryer (230v) and air conditioner to be added.

Current system does not meet AC demands, as low-voltage shuts down inverter/charge on 1800w cooktop setting.

What do we need to add to increase inverter power to handle AC loads.

Plan to increase house battery bank with addition of another 600 Ah of LifePo4 in the starboard compartment (13 feet from port compartment).

Probably best to talk to a dealer.

However, consider upgrading to 48V battery system, your loads are already high for 12V batteries.
