Multiplus 3 phase | Pylontech | 276 battery voltage low when starting up

Woegerer.zipHy everyone,
i set up a 3phase ESS with following components:
3x Multiplus 2 3000
1x mppt 150/70 VE Can
2x MPPT 150/60 VE direct
Cerbo GX
3x Pylontech US5000C

As soon as I start up the Multis I receive error 276 battery voltage to low.
In Venus OS every status of the battery is OK - no alarm
Multis are configured acc. to this document: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:pylontech_phantom

Behavior of the three pylontech units also seems odd to me.
Master unit:
no SOC LEDs are flashing, RUN LED flashes
second unit:
SOC LEDs 80% RUN LED flashes
third unit:
SOC LEDs 40% RUN LED flashes

SOC in Venus OS 88%

Attached my vsc file

Can anyone help me?

These are new batteries? Mine came in unbalanced and had one quite empty, one quite full (like 25% and 75% ish If I remember corretly). Did you let them balance themselves first? This can take quite some time... Another option is to attach one at a time and charge theme seperate and then combine them.

Did you check the details via the Remote Console too? Like batterymodules that prevent charging/discharging? And the parameters (max charge/discharge current)?

Did you check the voltage of each battery by any chance, by hand and multimeter?

See attached for values out of Venus GX.

That's quite a bit of cell voltage difference, nearly 0.3V...

Have you tried using them seperately and charging them full? Victron should stop charging at about 52.4V which equalls 3.45V. Your 3.505V is higher than that and way higher than 3.325V in another cell..

Assuming these are in different packs you could have one pack that is around 49.8V and one that is around 52.6V. Maybe this in balance is playing up?

I would try them seperate first and see which pack is acting up? If you can find this out this way..

I tried to connect all units seperatly.
I'll balance them over night

Did you take a look at my config?
Even with only one unit with 52,0V I keep getting this errors.

I don't get it

What Bus number is the Pylontech? if 276 is another BMS it could give a different reading or missing completely....?

I looked at the config but at first glance the correct voltages were used I believe...

OK,
I found the fault.
As I am using a Smart Shunt as well as the BMS and the Multis I must not configure Battery Monitor in VE-Config.
Now it works fine but I think two batteries are shot even though I don´t know why...

Maybe anyone can help me on the Pyontechs?

Best regards
