Mobile push notification disabled

Hi. I'm trying to setup mobile push notification however I am unable to toggle it on. The phone is being registered as 'unknown phone' not sure if this is a problem. The mobile no is set up in my profile as far as I can see. What am I missing?

What is the phone OS version and is your VRM app the latest version?

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra will latest Android. I'm pretty sure VRM is also the latest version

Well it seems I didn't have the latest version which is strange considering I had automatic updates turned on. So thank you. That fixed the issue.
