New ess system screen on easy solar reads low battery and also 100% charge. But victron still took 3 kw from grid why? Fault #5 is also showing how do I know if power is being taken from batteries

What is the system using as the battery monitor the Pylontec or the ve bus?

In ess do you have all the dynamic cut off voltages set to 46v?
