As the title says, about three days ago we had to change our password on the router. Since then, we have lost the Wi-Fi connection with the MP2GX. We have a router with separate 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. We were able to pair the device via Bluetooth, but that is as far as we got. We can see the device via the VictronConnect app, but we cannot make any changes to the network settings. See the attached photos.
Try it with a network cable and open venus.local in your browser.
And the GX device’s internet hotspot must be turned off.
Thank you very much for your answer. We haven’t tried a network cable yet. I can’t access http://venus.local. Not in Chrome, Safari or DuckDuckGo
Do you mean this?

The translation function on the forum is a great help, but it struggles with text in images ![]()
You need to be on the same network as the GX device to access venus.local
An alternative to using a network cable is to log in to the GX hotspot
Normally, you can also configure the Wi-Fi via Bluetooth and VictronConnect
If necessary, restarting the MultiPlus GX may also help ![]()
