Depends on where you are measuring the voltage. The farther away from the battery you measure the lower the voltage will get.

The farther away from the source the greater the voltage drop.
Up to a 2% difference is ‘allowable’ even on good meters.
On some meters is is 3% it will be mentioned in its specs somewhere +/- 2% or whatever the meter specs are for tolerance.
The difference is (12.62 - 12.75) 0.13v. it is within tolerance for most electronics and meter specs.
