I have a 30amp DC to DC charger non isolated. It’s showing absorption and 14.80v but my voltmeter connected to the battery is showing 12.3. This was after a 2hr drive. I got into my van and tried to use the microwave and the inverter signed the low battery alarm. I then opened my app and noticed the difference between the app and the voltmeter. I’ve checked the wires and I’ve checked the battery all seems to be fine with the set up but I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. I’m using a FLA 180ah battery and 6awg wire. I’ve configured the app per online suggestions but everything has been working fine up until now.
Check if the voltage at the terminals of the Orion is what it measures itself. If yes, then theres a blown fuse, a loose connection or some other resistance between Orion and the secondary battery
