I have a problem accessing my account for a Cerbo-S GX. This is essential as I am changing energy company and we have to to give them some data from the account.
The Portal says the email address does not exist when I tried to login. I set up a new account and now I am not able to either access this account or to change the password.
However, the app on my Android shows that the system is still plugging along and the first email address is also listed as the address for the VRM Account.
Who is responsible for this?
Is this the responsibility of the reseller that installed the hardware on my house and set up the system OR is this the responsibility of Victron energy?
I am not getting an answer from either side and this is irritating.
