I’m hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.
I have a fully installed and functioning Victron system in my 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 170 van conversion:

The system was installed by me as a DIY build using components supplied by Tiny Watts Solar. The VRM portal account was registered under Tiny Watts Solar’s email address during setup.
The problem: Tiny Watts Solar has since gone out of business. I have been unable to contact them to transfer VRM access to my own email address.
I am a full time van lifer and remote VRM monitoring is important for my situation — particularly for thermal management and battery monitoring when away from my vehicle. I currently have local Bluetooth access only.

Has anyone navigated this situation successfully? Is there a specific Victron staff contact who handles orphaned VRM installations?
