We have un installation that no longer can connect to the VRM portal.
We had to perform a Complete image reset of the Cerbo to delete some custom code previously installed.
Since the unit ca no longer connect to the VRM we getting Device authorization tokens error: “unauthenticated device has been received.”
How to reset? Ho to regenerate the Token without deleting the old data?
We tried multiple reboot, Tried the “Change Cerbo Device”> get error saying it is already logged.
The vrm portal is linked to its vrm ID.
The ID never changes no matter how you reset the device.
Did you have some kind of authenticator in use?
Understood, and this explains why the replacement did not work. But I do not seem to find a way to have the unit to reconnect to the VRM
Getting following error on the Unit:
Multiple reboot did not work.
below device authorization token error received:
On the vrm screen shot, there is a link that says “resetting vrm tokens”. Click that link.
That will make the VRM Portal forget the old auth. tokens for this GX device and accept a new one.
Thanks @mpvader ,
followed advice Now message gone but still no connection. After reboot we still have Routing error:
Hi @Jean-Marc ok good that that first issue is solved.
The new one means there is an internet connection issue with your GX.
See Cerbo GX manual for details / background.
There are no reset buttons for this, or related bugs or typical issues I can think of
HI @mpvader
we found the connection error reading an earlier post of yours.. Unit had both Wifi and Ethernet connection. Now issue resolved, thanks.

Good!
We’ll see how we can make that feature behind that reset link clearer to find.
