Issues adding CERBO to VRM

Hi, I just got installed at home:

  • Multiplus II 48/5000/70
  • SmartSolar MPPT RS 450/100
  • 4x TAB 2,4kWh batteries (same as Pylontech, or at least they told me that when I bought Pylontech and received TAB…)
  • Cerbo GX
  • 14x 550W solar panels installed in 2 arrays

Everything is working fine, in fact I am now disconnected from the grid just to try it was working, because for some reason (probably config) the panels were generating 3-5kW until the battery got to 93%, but at that point panels stop generating and then the Multiplus is “taking” the electricity (excuse my english, not my 1st language) from the grid instead of using the FV panels. Now that I manually disconnected the grid panels and battery seem to be working fine. It is as I say probably just config things… But the thing is the following:

I can connect to the cerbo and open from my phone the remote console, but I am unable to link it with VRM portal. It has internet and everything seem to be working just fine, but on the VRM Portal the message I get is “An access request for this site is already pending. Please wait for approval or contact the site admin for updates” . To me it sounds as if the supplier of the material did configure it to be just “plug&play” or something like that, and they are like the admins of this Cerbo. Does it make any sense or am I just overthinking? The installer did not configure it, I even had to tell him how to connect…

So the question is… How do I reset all this? I don’t want any unknown random NPC to be the admin of my equipment, and I want to have it linked in my VRM (and in my home assistant, but that will come later)

That’s possible, you should ask your installer/seller about that.

They should already got an email from VRM that you requested access to the system.

After you got admin access your can kick out everyone else.

Thank you for the answer, I will try to contact them next monday and see if this gets solved.
Isn’t there any other way to reset all this if this is not the cause, or if they don’t know who did it?
I mean, it is a factory new equipment… I feel like I, as the owner, should be able to start from scratch…
