VRM lots of malfunctioning

The vrm portal has serious issues last weeks where it’s unable to show installations at different times. In the android app it is worser than via the webbrowser.

Error about timeout I still receive very often (from last DB issue )

Same here. Time outs, very slowly and/or widgets in advanced section will be not filled. Currently advanced section nearly impossible to use.

Today is the worst day of malfunctioning in a row. VRM is almost unaccessible.

Victron are aware. It’s causing issues with PV forecasting as well.

Hi, if it is indeed the problem, I am happy that it is being worked on. Currently, the app is not usable, at least for me. Even an uninstallation and new installation did not bring any improvement. Fortunately, everything works locally. Do you know if the values are then updated online or overwritten?

I still receive following error:

One of the requests timed out. Some elements might not load correctly.

Hello everyone,

This is indeed actively being worked on. There are multiple people on this, in different timezones, trying to get the performance back up as soon as possible.

I set mine to auto reboot and it resolved the issues… still get issues… but it reconnects after self reboot
