Sorry for the continued issues. We’re working hard to resolve this.
In short, the underlying database is having a lot of performance issues. Our top priority is making sure that all incoming data is reliably stored.
This means that, at times, we’ve had to temporarily disable VRM features to keep everything going properly.
We’ve done some changes today for the forecasts, they should be a bit better for the upcoming days. We’re improving them continuously, and should be back normal accuracy soon!
We’re also looking at the performance of the beta environment, which has been abysmal the past couple of days. We have some plans, but it’s a balancing act between performance and increased load on the database.
