Due to difficulties related to the VRM database cluster, you might experience some hiccups in VRM as we were forced to disable some features to keep VRM accessible to you all.
We hope to resolve this soon. Through this thread, I will keep you updated when there is news.
In how far you are affected depends on your installation’s size and devices linked. At the moment we try and block features to prevent VRM becoming unavailable as a whole.
All features are enabled again, so everything from the list mentioned above should be functional again. It might be that VRM still loads graphs slower than usual.
We hope to have returned to normal performance by tomorrow morning CET.
it is sometimes difficult to estimate when to report here. On the one hand, a lot of criticism is sometimes expressed here in the forum. Sometimes it is completely unjustified. On the other hand, annoying malfunctions like this keep cropping up. Thank you for the quick response
For better or worse, I have set the DESS to Adhoc charge 100% mode and will switch off DESS tomorrow morning at 07:00 so that the system runs on battery as planned and does not draw any mains power. 62 cent/kWh, that’s not much fun if you don’t keep an eye on the DESS and it’s winter.
Thank you for fixing the problem promptly, but DESS, especially without the hack from dognose, is unusable because it makes nonsensical decisions (feeding in solar power despite battery space, for example).
Hi @alexpescaru , this will be fixed tomorrow. It has to do with an event log feature being on BETA but not yet on stable VRM, leading to BETA users seeing this on Production.
