For the past 24 hours, I haven’t been able to login to the VRM Portal, on multiple devices. Kept getting ‘unknown error’. Today, I’m able to login, but my installation isn’t showing. Is there a known issue with VRM portal at the moment?

You’re not alone. I’ve been experiencing these ‘drop outs’ for weeks now. It started with some kind of database performance update that blew up the entire show and doesn’t appear to have been resolved. It’s very frustrating if you’ve grown to depend on the portal, which used to be fabulously reliable. Now, not so much.
Yeah agreed. I can access my devices via bluetooth, but VRM is so much better and I’ve come to rely on that now. Unfortunately, my issue continues daily - sometimes I get access, mostly not. I’m in Australia, and it seems to be a timing pattern each day, so am wondering if it’s a server load thing. Hope it gets resolved soon.

I’m in Aus’ too and talking with one of the Victron people about it (he very kindly contacted me). In Melbourne, I have functionality right now but it is slow between my devices (testing now to help them troubleshoot it). I very much they’re having database access issues, which is why our installations sporadically can’t be accessed. We’ll see, and I’ll keep you posted.
I have been having similar issues with the VRM since the recent update. I too am in Australia, I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
Yes having issues here in Tasmania, Australia.
Connectivity has been problematic for the last couple of weeks on PC and on Mobile. Today, its a complete non event :-/
Looking into the reports we have received from the users reporting on this so far, it appears that all connections are via the Optus network in Australia.
If you are not using the Optus network, and experiencing this issue, please let me know and I will get some more detailed info from you.
If you are using the Optus network, next time the issue occurs, is it possible some how to try to access your VRM account via a different network. I know this is tricky, but would help us to further diagnose the issue.
I have just noticed this thread and can confirm that the Optus network appears to be the problem. I have optus 5G Home as my internet service and i use a telstra mobile. When I use the telstra network everything seems to work as it should but if I use the optus network I have the syptoms described above
