VRM Download (CSV and XLSX) is Missing Columns

I am trying to download data (CSV and XLSX) for the following date ranges:

  1. 01/05/2025 - 31/05/2025
  2. 01/01/2026 - 30/06/2026

For the date range 01/05/2025 - 31/05/2025 in both CSV and XLSX, there are only 4 columns - timestamp, Active input, State of charge, Battery SOC. The number of rows / records is 278,317.

For the date range 01/01/2026 - 30/06/2026 both CSV and XLSX, there are 170 columns. The number of rows / records is 352,320.

Has anyone observed this before?

I am not aware that one can select columns / fields to download or have i missed something?

VRM only retains the full records for 6 months, hence your 2025 data is no longer available.

No quite… dates are there but not all of the columns.

VRM only retains FULL records for 6 months, it retains partial records for much longer.

The info is readily available in the manual, question 9.

Thank you. Most interesting. Is there a definition of there partial records and if that which I am seeing is partial why those specific fields / columns?

It is detailed in the FAQ in the manual, only limited dashboard data is kept which will include SOC and a few other parameters. What you are seeing is entirely normal.

Why was the data required?

I was looking for a pattern of the SOC for first solar in the morning and last solar in the day.

This spans from 01/05/2025 - 30/06/2026 - 635,338 records/rows.

What needs to be noted that the Freedom Won 10/8 battery was replaced with a 40/32 (40kWh) and there is only 2.76kW of panels.

This confirms I need more solar panels.
