my VRM site is missing data. Battery SOC is displayed for the entire year, but all other graphs only display data from 24 June this year till today. Nothing has changed on the system. Wyy s the data missing?

And… It wasn’t directed at you, your issue is different. Perhaps you didn’t supply enough info back in 2022 (as now) for anyone to help.
what information do you need? The information from July existed in November 2022 and by December it had disappeared, what more can I say?

That data you show comes from the VRM ‘Advanced’ selection, and subject to the 6 months term. It’s the same for all of us.
If you look in ‘Dashboard’, the bar and pie charts go back way further if you enter dates you want to see.
I have no idea why SOC is held longer in the widgets…

that doe snot make sense., where is there then the data data show last 12 months if you anyhow only show 6 months. We never had this issue. This is actually quote disappointing that Victron did change this, now long term data analysis cannot be done anymore and the portal looses quite a bit of it value.

It was always in the VRM manual. It was never enforced strongly.
The thing is now, with a greater number of users. Inlcuding many who don’t even own GX or Victron devices and are sneaking into the system with rapsb pi and hacks. There has had to be a clean up.
Not all data goes. Main big stats stay.
I have always downloaded historical data as a back up to the PC. So that helps.
Missing data can be prevented by having an sd card in the gx as well.
at least 6 months means minimum 6 months not maximum 6 months.
Its maximum for granular data i think. Some of my sites vary, but it depends on what kind of upload interval and number of components i have in the system. None of the granular data os shorter than 6 months even on the bigger sites.
