VRM Dashboard - Installation Data - Remains static, no interval refreshing

The VRM Dashboard has a few issues:

The main issue with the VRM Dashboard which appeared with firmware 3.66. This problem has been carried over to the VictronConnect Data page.

Issue: The “Installation Data” section on the dashboard used to refresh automatically at a set interval. For a few months, this functionality has stopped working entirely.

Context: This applies to both the desktop Web VRM portal and the VictronConnect data page (VictronConnect → VRM → Data).

Details: The data does not update unless manually refreshing the entire browser page or restarting the victronconnect application . The VictronConnect → VRM → Data page does flicker intermittently, and is more of an irritation, and has no bearing on refreshing the data.

Checks: The GX device has been rebooted and updated to the latest firmware version. Internet connection from GX via router to internet functioning normally. Data feed to cloud taking place normally.

All other elements of the VRM system functions normally. Could this be due to the database performance problems experenced for some time now?

Is this a known issue with recent VRM/Victron Connect backend updates?
