No real-time data, remote console or VictronConnect through VRM

One of my installations has been with no real-time VRM connection for a couple of days, except everything else seems to be working fine. Advanced view is as expected, and I also get “a few seconds ago” on “last updated” on every refresh. However, real-time data and everything that requires it doesn’t work. Real-time updates is enabled through settings, as per the screenshot:

However, “device info” under “device list” seems to disagree:

Is there something wrong with the VRM servers, or am I missing something?

Hi, any luck with this issue? I just started experiencing the same on one of my installations (sadly/luckyly my personal installation :-D)

I never got a reply; restarting the offending Cerbo or VenusOS device seems to do the trick, maybe some tunnelling service got stuck or something.
