Victron ev manual mode switches to 6A

Hello,

We have installed a ess system with a victron ev charger.

The costumer only uses the manual mode. And normally it is set to 16A.

But now the charger keeps resetting to 6A and does not take my setting.

It switches to a higher charge current when the main ess battery’s are not charging.

What setting could fix this?

  1. Do you see any notification or warning on VC or Web interface?
  2. ‘does not take my setting’ - which settings exactly ? Can you please provide a short video or screenshot?
  3. FW versions of EVCS and GX?
