I just wondered if anyone has this problem:
We have an EVCS updated to the recent firmware.
It is connected to the output of a multiplus 2 10KVA with 20KWH batteries.
The car is a Dacia Spring Extreme 2023 model.
The problem is that when we plug in the car the charger starts in manual mode after pressing start. If we pause charging then it’s impossible to restart the charging even 2 minutes later.
The car shows as charged but it’s not.
We have tried asking for a charge by using the app and that shows a very short blip of charging for 2 seconds then resorts to charged.
Works fine on other charging stations and with the 16a charger, and fast charge points.
It’s just the victron unable to stop and restart charging.
I have tried calibrating, changing the contactor active or not etc, power factor no joy as yet.
Anyone have an idea ?
