Victron 100/30 MTTP not seen in app anymore

Hi,

My Victron MTTP 100/30 has been running fine for two years now the app will not see the controller. The victron shunt is seen on the app and is working fine . I have shut off my solar but sill it will not see the MTTP when power goes back on.

You may have to power cycle it.

So also cut the power from the battery (as well as solar) and wait a few minutes. Then repower on battery first.

Thank you that did it i was only turning off the solar not the line to the battery.
