We have an RV istallation with smart Lithium batteries. It has Cerbo on the Ve.bus and Quattro with Ve.bus BMS v2. When it’s configured to ve.bus BMS the Cerbo sends always: Low battery: Alarm - BMS lost: Alarm
I did all the firmware update all went with success. Only the Ve.bus bms v2 has its problem. Seem like firmware “–” like empty. When I programming it brings back at 3% a v23 fault code.
Recently we have some trouble with few BMS V2 which have the remote connector with the wire badly connected.
Try to change the little black wire of this remote connector.
I thought the setting “Configured for VE bus BMS” was for the mk1 VE bus BMS that needed extra assistant adding but for the mk2 BMS this was not needed as this uses DVCC control from the Cerbo. Try with this setting not ticked.
It would be strange that litte bridged wire can be wrong but we will check it. Thanks.
The status light is actually always OFF. The Cell>2.8V light is ON.
It works without it. But in this way there is no BMS device in the list.
And the BMS status is OFF.
In the longer term it is a battery safefy question.
