Hi Everybody,
I have been using a set of 48v bsls for months without a problem. Suddenly, I have been getting infrequent BMS lost alarms. These can randomly be 2 in 1 day or 1 in one week. Virtually immediately (in a second or 2), I get a system recovery notice. Rinse and repeat. This doesn’t seem to affect performance otherwise.
I suspect one bsl module but it could be the Victron cable or the Cerbo. Each battery is wired to the busbars directly through a fuse. Wiring and fuses seem to be OK.
For now, I’m just ignoring the alarms. They seem to cause no harm other than being a nuisance. Or is this a problem?

Anything changed (slightly) in the wiring loom maybe? As this issue might be caused by electromagnetic interference
Not that I’m aware of. I’ve asked BSL what parameter I should look at with their PBMS Tools.
Hi @Fideri,
Please update Venus OS to version v3.53 and see if this resolves the issue.
Thanks @guystewart for the reply. Before I saw this, the alarms suddenly stopped without doing anything. It has been about 2 wks now and no alarm. I’m crossing my fingers. If they start again, I will upgrade accordingly.
I would suggest upgrading to this version pre-emptively, even without the alarms. Though good that they have stopped.
Ok, will do.
Before I upgrade, is any version after 3.50 ok? Would I get a large version with an upgrade as I use Node Red?
It must be v3.53 or later.
It’s fine to get v3.53 large version if you’re using Node Red.
It turns out that my Cerbo is already running 3.53. Only my Quattro is some versions back, though running flawlessly. See screenshot.
