V3.70~7 beta "GX device login" - Password required?

Just updated today to Venus OS beta v3.70~7. I don’t find anything that there is a default password required via LAN now, but it now seems to require a password?

There is no password configured in my case. (I can still access the console via the vrm portal without issue.)

Does anyone have an idea - what password it could be?

It is a cerbo gx mk 2 if that makes a difference.

Edit: After just trying to login without password (no password doesnt work) BUT just hitting space let me log in???

Thanks & noted.

We’ll look into this.

Yep, that seems to be a bug.
Even when the Security Profile is set to Unsecured, user is presented with the login page.
Any password you enter is good.

I have the same password prompt for the first time.

Hey all, this is fixed per v3.70~9.

Now in public beta.

More details (full changelog) later tonight.

Thanks for helping to make a better product! :+1:

Hello,

Please check the remote access on the local LAN. On some devices, such as Home Assistant, the web interface prompts for a password, but even after entering the correct password, the Victron LAN page fails to log in.

It works correctly in regular web browsers, but it no longer functions in Home Assistant.

Also via regular browser I am greeted with a Login page.

apparently password 0000 worked for me. I’ve never had that before.

Any password will work
