I recently purchased two Color Control GX devices from a second-hand marketplace. When I tried to add them to my VRM portal, it detected that they were already registered in another installation. After submitting the request, I was registered as a read-only user. I’m unable to contact the device administrator to unlink them from their VRM account so I can own them in my VRM portal. Does anyone know of a procedure for someone at Victron to unlink them from the previous owner’s VRM account?
