I need some advice with a second-hand Cerbo GX. I bought through a WhatsApp group. The unit is still registered to the previous owner’s VRM account. I don’t know the original owner because the system was removed from a house during renovations. The seller is no longer responding.
I contacted Victron Support (VSID 69013), and they referred me to a dealer based on the serial number. I contacted the dealer on WhatsApp, but they said they couldn’t find the unit in their database. They asked me to send proof of purchase and ownership, which I did. It’s now been over a week without an update.
Can anyone advise me on how to get this sorted out? I just want to transfer the VRM administrator rights to my own account.
