Teams and Groups Access Denied

Hello,

i created a team and group for some of my installation’s, then i deleted the group and lost access to those installations, deleting the team didn’t help either and trying to add back at least my own site, keeps saying i don’t have the required rights to do this, please how do i fix this?

my vrm id is {removed}

in addition, also when i try to login into my second home installation manually and add myself , it says I am already added but I can’t see myself in the user list . When I try to add my Ekrano manually in my main home site , it shows added successfully then gives an error as pictured below , saying I don’t have sufficient rights.

and i am the admin in all these installations, 8 of them
