We manage a company with over 1000 systems on the VRM portal. Recently, we decided to create a general team for all technicians working on-site, granting them administrator access. This setup allows us to clearly track the history of actions performed.
We also created a group and added all existing systems to it. The idea is that, once a technician finishes installing a system, they create a VRM account, register the system, and then move it into the group so that their colleagues can also access it.
However, we’re facing an issue:
When a technician tries to move a system into the group, an error message appears:
Warning: “You don’t have sufficient rights to perform this action. (1512)”
And this happens even though all technicians have been granted administrator rights.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this issue? Is there an additional setting we should check regarding access rights or group configuration on VRM?
