Please unmute my VRM alarm notification emails

I accidentally unsubscribed from VRM alarm emails through Gmail. Alarm events are recorded correctly and VRM confirms that a test notification was sent, but no email is delivered.

The email notification toggle is enabled. A muted bell icon remains next to my user on the installation Alarm Rules page. Toggling email notifications off and on did not clear the muted status, and another test notification was not delivered.

Please remove the email address associated with VRM user ID 563578 from the alarm-notification suppression/unsubscribe list.

We can’t assist with this. You can unmute it yourself, there is a setting for it in notifications setup in vrm.

Also please don’t post serial numbers for a gx it is not secure to do so.

There is no "Unmute" button, email notifications are enabled, and toggling the setting didn't help; please show or provide the exact path to the setting.

Under settings → notification preferences, an option was added to unmute yourself after accidental muting. This was added some time ago, there are topics on this in the forum.

I checked “Settings → Notification Settings”. There is no Unmute button. Email notifications are enabled, but the VRM test email is still not coming. Please check if my address is still on the blocked list.
