Remove my email from VRM bounce/suppression list (VRM alarms)

Hello Victron Support / Community Team,

I accidentally clicked “Unsubscribe” in Gmail on VRM alarm emails (the banner says I unsubscribed from messages from bounces@victronenergy.com). Since then, I no longer receive VRM alarm emails to my address.

Could you please check and remove my email from your bounce/suppression list (or any email suppression/unsubscribe list) so I can receive VRM alarm notifications again?

Hi, I removed your email for security purposes but have asked someone to assist.
An option to unmute yourself will be pushed to prod vrm soon. It is currently available on beta if you want to try there.

Thanks for the update. You mentioned the “unmute yourself” option is available on the beta VRM portal—could you please share the beta VRM link (URL) and let me know if there are any steps I need to follow to access it with my existing VRM account?

If it helps, my goal is to re-enable email alarm notifications for my Gmail address (*@gmail.com) after I accidentally unsubscribed.
