Solar irradiance not loading

Dear members,

I just can’t seem to figure it out.

I have a MultiPlus-II with a Cerbo GX. Until 14 August, the system worked perfectly as an ESS; since then, it has become DESS with a dynamic contract. I have already updated the GX and the Multi to the latest official versions.

I just can’t seem to get the predicted solar irradiation widget (Solar Irridiance) to appear. The location is set correctly, as is the time zone (Amsterdam), which is set to +2 hours UTC.

Where should I look for this?

It worked for me until this summer, but it hasn’t worked for a long time now.

I’m not using DESS at the moment. (But in the past, it worked without DESS being active.)

Hi @fredvduin, from the newsletter when the feature was released:

  • Your installation has a location set.
  • Your site is recording hourly solar yield (not just power, you need an energy counter).
  • You are on the ‘today’ view.
