My Dess worked fine until last week. I haven’t made any adjustments, but for the past week, I have no longer current solar irradiance data in the advanced view. Now, a week later, the solar irradiance forecast has also stopped working. In advanced, it now shows “No data to display” (Dutch: “geen gegevens voor weergave”). As a result, the forecast no longer shows any solar energy either, and my Dess is no longer functioning properly.
I have a Multiplus II 6k5 and a VM-3p75CT grid meter, a JK-BMS battery monitor, and I have 3 APSystems micro-inverters which data I read with an Eastron SDM120M kWh meter, which is configured as a PV meter via Modbus and connected to the Multiplus II via the original Victron RS485 to USB cable. This worked fine for some months. I still see live PV values on the VRM Dashboard on the AC In side of the inverter.
This morning I’ve checked several settings → Location which was set and correct, but saved it again, same for Geofence. Installed is Venus OS Large v3.75. Checked actual date and time setting and rebooted the system but the solar forecast is still not available.
As you can see in the picture the blue line (Solar Irradiance) stopped on August 9th and the yellow line (Forecast) stopped on August 16th (Yesterday).
Any Idea how to get this working again?
