Solar controller 75/15 always in float

Had to replace solar panel and battery in van. Installed a eco-worthy 18v 200w panel and a Superbatt Deep Cycle Leisure Battery 12V 130AH SB HL500 battery. Decided to get the Victron SmartSolar 75/15. Used existing wiring. All appliances run off the battery, none through the load out connections.

Solar voltage as been around 25/26v, battery reading 13.7v, but always in float and only max of 1w on solar.

Thought all was okay, but noticed that the display on my usb socket which had a reading of over 13v has slowly declined and is now on 11.2. I think the battery is draining and the controller is not shifting from float to absorption .preset used in the app. Any ideas? Any help greatly appreciated .

You most likely have a poor connection between the MPPT output terminals and the battery. The MPPT is on float because it is not connected to the battery.

check for volt drop from MPPT+ to battery +, and MPPT- to battery - .
This will show any poor connection as per pwfarnell.
There is also an internal fuse in the MPPT that may have got blown.
