Hallo, ich habe die App VictronConnect von der Victron Website downgeloadet. Die App konnte ich ohne Probleme auf meinem Huawei Pura 80 Ultra mit Harmony Next Betriebssystem installieren. Wenn ich die App starte akzeptiere ich Bluetooth und GPS Verbindung. Danach suche ich meinen Solarregler SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 oder den 100/30. Beide Geräte werden nicht in der App gefunden. Wenn ich die Handy Bluetooth Einstellung öffne, ist dort der “SmartSolar HQ…” zu sehen. Ich kann mich mit dem Solarregler koppeln. In der App wird der Solarregler nicht gefunden. Ich entkoppel den Solarregler in der Handy Bluetooth Einstellung wieder. Der Solarregler wird weiterhin in der App nicht gefunden??? Kann mir jemand helfen? MfG Jan
On some phones I’ve found that you need to use the bluetooth settings to pair with the MPPT first, then cycle the phone’s bluetooth off then on, then the MPPT will appear in the VE Connect menu.

Sehr geehrter Herr Mike,
die Verbindung klappt mit dem Samsung Handy meiner Mutter. Leider nicht mit meinem Huawei Pura 80 Ultra. Es muss an dieser VictronConnect App liegen. Der Solarregler wird am Pura 80 Ultra gefunden und ich kann mich auch koppeln. Aber in der VC App erscheint nicht der HQ Solarregler. Egal ob ich mit dem Pura 80 gekoppelt bin oder die kopplung vorher aufhebe.
Auf dem Pura 80 mit Harmony Next lassen sich alle Android Apps installieren und verwenden (auch Google Maps, YouTube, eBay, Facebook, Netflix, PayPal etc.). Ich nutze auch eine Balkon Solaranlage von Renogy. Mit der Renogy Android App lässt sich über Bluetooth ohne Probleme eine Verbindung zum Renogy MPPT Solarregler herstellen. In der Renogy App lässt sich via automatischer App Aufforderung sogar mein Bluetooth am Pura 80 Ultra aktivieren/einschalten und dann verbindet sich mein Pura 80 mit dem Renogy Bluetooth Sender am Solarregler.
Der Fehler kann nur an der VictronConnect App liegen.
Ich kann mir doch jetzt kein extra Handy kaufen, nur weil in eurer VC App der Victron Solarregler nicht erscheint?
Was mache ich jetzt?

There must be a problem with the VictronConnect app. On my Huawei Pura 80 Ultra running Harmony Next, I can install all Android apps. including the Renogy Solar app… and connect to the Renogy MPPT solar controller via Bluetooth with the Renogy app.

For some reason, VictronConnect thinks that bluetooth is not enabled. No idea why, but this could of course be related to the fact that Harmony Next is not a real Android OS.

i can:t install this App.
Pura 80 reports “installation is not supported by Easy Abroad”.
I am returning the Victron solar controller and buying the 30A Renogy solar controller. The Renogy Bluetooth app works on the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra without connection problems. It is very poor on Victron Energy that the Bluetooth connection doesn’t work with new Huawei OS Next System. That is a deal-breaker.
