I have the Smartsolar MPPT 100/30 bluetooth in my new travel trailer. right now it seems like the batteries are not charging. After doing a little research I see that I need to down load the app then I c
an detect the device to see what it is doing. However after downloading the app on multiple devices, all with bluetooth turned on the Smartsolar is not comming up on my device list. What am I doing wrong.
Looks like its an older device is the system second hand?
Try to disconnect and reconnect the mppt complete dc side and pv.
Second idea is anybody has disable bluetooth. So you need a vedirect cable and a notebook or a usb → usbc converter and you can use the victron connect app to control the mppt and change settings like bluetooth and the bt pin
But who hast wiring it 2 Red on the battery terminal . Black and green with normal cable for pv thats realy bad.

brand new 2025 cougar. Purchased made to order. Yes I saw that on the red wires as well. I have the USB coming tomorrow so I can plug in laptop.
